From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'SharedDocumentation' started with one goal in mind: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. Established by the Bianchi lineage in 1985, our little pizza shop was family-owned, preserving recipes passed down through many generations.
'Marco Bianchi', the pioneer of our pizzeria, honed her pizza craft during her Italian journeys, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the cradle of pizza. After returning to the UK, her mission was to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, sticking to age-old techniques and sourcing the best components.
Our humble pizzeria began with just 12 seats, and has since evolved into a cherished local staple, yet our dedication to excellence and genuine craftsmanship has remained steady. We continue to employ classic wood-fired ovens, produce our dough from scratch daily, and procure prime quality ingredients.
Still a family enterprise, 'SharedDocumentation' is now run by the Bianchi family's next generation, leading our dedicated crew. Even with a few modern enhancements, our business's soul stays unaltered: we pride ourselves on making mouthwatering, true pizza that unites people.
