Returns
You have 24 hours from the time of your original order to notify us of any issues with your purchase in order to qualify for a possible refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be uneaten and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once we receive your complaint, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If your order is incorrect, you may request an exchange for the same item. Please contact us at +44 20 7946 0958 within 24 hours of your purchase. If your exchange is approved, we will make the appropriate arrangements for the item's return and exchange at no additional cost to you.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not offer refunds for ordered beverages. However, should you have an issue with your beverage order, such as receiving the wrong item, please contact us for assistance.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and are valid for a single transaction only.
